Our first instinct is to try to win back the person who we have left behind, but this traps us in a cycle that stifles our evolution. Cancellation Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellations: -To receive a refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. -Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the appointment cost. Service Provider-Initiated Cancellations: I strive to ensure a successful and beneficial experience for all clients. If it becomes apparent that my services may not be the right fit for you, I reserve the right to cancel the reading. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
