Ashtanga Essentials is a 3-month yoga group class designed to help you connect deeply with the roots of Ashtanga yoga—without the overwhelm. We’ll meet twice a week for early morning practice, plus one slower-paced Saturday morning each month to explore breath, philosophy, alignment, and the art of self-practice.
Whether you’re brand new to Ashtanga or returning after a break, this series will help you build strength, structure, and trust in your body and breath. You’ll also receive WhatsApp group support throughout the journey, so you’re never practicing alone.
