Your practice starts now.

Starting a yoga practice can feel overwhelming.

Yoga with Gina is accessible, friendly, and comprehensive.

Whether you are a brand new beginner or a seasoned practitioner, Ashtanga yoga's self-led philosophy and ancient sequence can help lead you to your own samadhi, or oneness with the universe.

What is Ashtanga?

Ashtanga yoga is a yoga practice with roots in ancient India. It was formalized and brought to the west by Sri K. Patthabi Jois in the 1940s.

This practice is the foundation for all vinyasa flow yoga in the United States today. The Ashtanga practice itself focuses on full wellness, not just the physical.

The philosophy of Ashtanga focuses on self study, and is traditionally taught without a teacher leading the class.

This practice pack was created to give you the space to learn the practice, self-guided.
